Cape Town has been suffering from the worst drought in 120 years. We have had good rains this past winter and we are currently on water restrictions level 1, which means no major restrictions in the domestic use of municipal water. Our pools are open. Standard Apartments: Minimum stay 4 nights (online) or 3 nights on request. Children up to 3 years stay free of charge. Baby cots available at a small fee. Free cleaning after every third night for stays longer than 4 nights. Linen and towels provided. Linen change every 6 nights, unless otherwise discussed. Two people per apartment max. and children on request only for Leopard and Rhino apartments. Strictly no extra persons/children in the Mountain and Lion Apartments. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current water crisis, we only change linen on request during longer stays.
Luxury Self-Catering Apartment Rates
The “Rock” and “Buffalo” luxury apartments: Minimum stay 3 nights on request. Cleaning after every 3rd night. Linen change on request. Children welcome from 8 years of age. NO EXTRA PERSONS.

Cancellation policy for all accommodation:
Cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival: No charge. Cancellation 30 – 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of total accommodation invoice, unless rooms/apartments can be re-rented Cancellation from 7 – 0 days prior to arrival, or early departure: 100% of total accommodation invoice, unless rooms/apartments can be re-rented.
No-shows: 100% of accommodation invoice.
