Rates are based on two people sharing per apartment (base rate). For single occupancy, the base rate still applies.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Rates for extra persons / children on sleeper couches on request. Toddlers until the age of 3 stay for free. Cots available at a small charge.
Included in the rate is a cleaning service every three days, for stays longer than 4 nights, except for Sundays and Holidays.
Towels, linen, and bathroom amenities are provided. Linen change every 6 days.

Cancellation policy for all accommodation:
Cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival: No charge.
Cancellation 30 – 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of total accommodation invoice, unless rooms/apartments can be re-rented
Cancellation from 7 – 0 days prior to arrival,no-show or early departure: 100% of total accommodation invoice, unless rooms/apartments can be re-rented
